How to retain me

RATES
I can give you a not-to exceed price for work I will do for you, BUT ONLY AFTER you have sent me, and I have studied, copies of all the documents involved: contracts, letters, checks, bank statements, photos, audio recordings, video recordings, emails, etc. If you have no paperwork or photos to substantiate your claim there is little I can do for you. I'm sorry... you must keep records. I work with facts and evidence. If you have done research on your own, please send it to me. There is no sense charging you to do duplicate work.

I am not a personal injury lawyer and I do not accept commissions on amounts I obtain for clients. You pay me for the work I do. The recovered assets go directly to you. This avoids middlemen, tax issues and conflicts of interest. It also speeds the delivery to you.

Before we begin I will ask you to sign an agreement that you will not do certain things that will prevent me from doing my best work for you or that will undermine the work I do. This step is critical to obtaining the results you desire.

The following payment buttons correspond to the various ways you can obtain my advice and expertise:

Retainer: PayPal payment button for research, consulting and writing work to be done by Andrea Reynolds Please adjust the quantity to reflect the amount of the retainer you will provide ($500, $1,000, $1,500, $2,000, $2,500, $3,000 etc.):

Hotline: 15 minutes of quick advice on one subject, by phone. $75 per person

Consult: 30 minutes of advice or brain-picking on one or more subjects, by phone. $150 per person

Tutorial: 60 minutes of intense teaching and training on one subject, by phone. $300 per person

Direct Tweet: Quick private answers to questions in 140 characters or less. $10 per person per tweet

Office Meeting: 50 minutes of advice and brain-picking in your office. $300 per person

Lunch Meeting: 90 minutes over lunch. $300 per person

Writing: $1 per finished word, minimum 200 words. Does not include research.

Speaking to audiences: $100 per minute, minimum 10 minutes. One hour: $6,000

Private Training: By the Half-day ($500) or Full Day ($1000), per person.

Corporate Training: By the Half-day ($1,000) or Full Day ($2,000), per person.

Undercover Client/Patient: I'll observe and analyze your practice in operation as an undercover patient/client. Includes report of my specific recommendations. $600 (I pay for your professional services out of my own pocket.)

Contract advice: Includes my time analyzing your contract, making recommendations/changes and reporting back to you. $50 per page
