If someone offered to do a good deed for you, what would

Wherever Andrea goes - in Canada or the
United States - to deliver a presentation at a school,
university, business, convention, conference, prison, she
intends to perform good deeds in that community for people
who have sent her a request for a specific deed. (At no
charge.)
If you want your
request to be considered, please tell her the following (in
confidence):
1. The good deed you would like to have
done for you or someone else
2. Your name
3. The recipient's name (if different
from yours) and their relationship to
you
4.
Your city, state/province postal code
5. Your mailing
address
6.
Your actual home address (so she can show up there to
perform a requested good deed)
7. A phone number where you can be
reached or a message can be left.
8. A contact person in case Andrea can't
reach you.
9. Your permanent email
address
10. Your web site if you have
one
NOTE:
If you don't want someone to do a good deed for you... why

permission. Your personal contact
