Andrea's not-so-weird ideas
(Think about them before you reject them)

1. The Olympics Committee could award 6 medals to double the number of winners: gold, silver, bronze, copper, brass, and pewter. More winners, more countries could get the recognition they deserve.

2.
HALO is an mnemonic device I created for a book I wrote (The HALO Factor) that can guide each of us to behave toward others in a more healthy way when attempting to resolving problems:

Honor the goodness in others
Acknowledge each person as worthy of your attention
Listen to the concerns each person presents to you
Own the part of the problem that is yours
Remember
HALO the next time you encounter a conflict. Your world could become a better place.
