I'm fed up with the effects
of poor customer/patient service, cruel neighbors, gossip,
slamming, sniping, name calling, disrespect, rude behavior,
hostility, mean-spiritedness, bullying, mobbing, and
aggression and violence, so I decided to tour the United
States and Canada talking about kindness and eventually
write a book about my experiences.
If you would like to follow me as I travel, please join my
forum and read my blog. You are welcome to discuss short,
specific action steps to making our world more respectful,
courteous, hospitable, compassionate, kind, warm and
inclusive.
Your questions and positive comments are encouraged. We
discuss everyday behaviors, not just random acts of
kindness (but those are welcome too).

kindness toward all others.
5. Be a role model for your
employers, staff, kids, parents, neighbors, co-workers,
team-mates, class-mates, room-mates, bosses, teachers,
coaches, etc.
6. Encourage your co-workers,
employers, staff, teachers, and neighbors to join.
7. Feel free to send Andrea a
tip or comment of your own or ask her to post one on a
subject of your choice.
8. Invite Andrea to speak at
your group's next event. She promises a presentation that
provokes and disturbs your audience.
9. If you like her tips and
