Receive
a Finder's Fee for recommending Andrea as a
speaker.
Recommend Andrea Reynolds as a speaker
and if it results in a paid speaking engagement you will
receive 5% to 25%
of the confirmed fee,
depending on the amount of your effort and involvement in
the process. This could be $150 or a whole lot
more.
In the case of
multiple independent finders, the finder's fee may be
claimed by the first recommender or the one who does the
majority of the work. Where the finder is a group of two or
more people the finders may have to split the finder's fee
between them.
Documentation is important. You must
advise Andrea of your recommendation before
the event is confirmed, with
some form of proof of your early contact. Providing a lead
is not the same as actively making a recommendation on
Andrea's behalf.
Anyone but the meeting planner who is in
charge of hiring the speakers for that event can be a
"finder".
