I'm a high-touch, low-tech publisher but I'm online 12-14 hours a day and will endeavor to send your materials to you as soon as I receive your order. Orders for digital materials are personally "hand-delivered" by me as PDF attachments in my email reply to you. It may not be instantaneous. It could take a few minutes to a few hours, but nearly always the same day. Orders for printed materials are usually processed and shipped within 24-48 hours... by Media Mail or Priority Post.

* 2. Sauerkraut Balls I loved these as appetizers when I went to Kent State and had dinner in Cleveland at a steak restaurant called The Pewter Mug (I think). I found a way to make them and served them at my December 1981 wedding. (One of the few things that survived that marriage.)
